Lavish Apparel Refund Policy

At Lavish Apparel, we value our customers and strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your item, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
